FAQs

1. How long will it take to get my order? Every item is made to order. It takes 2-5 business days for production, plus 3-7 business days for shipping within the US. International orders may take 10-20 business days.

2. Can I change the size or color after ordering? Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we start production almost immediately. We do not support exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse. Please check our size guides carefully before purchasing.

3. What happens if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@gjstoreonline.com. Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.

4. Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.

5. Can I return my order? We have a 15-day return policy only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
